Το ψηλότερο σπίτι στο κέντρο του χώριου, χτισμένο σε τρία επίπεδα, με απρόσποκτη από άλλα κτήρια θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα. Ελπίζουμε να σας χαρίσει στιγμές απόλαυσης με τον αέρα του Λυβικού πελάγους να σας δροσίζει. The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν ξεκούραση και ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους μέσα στη φύση και μόλις 40 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα και λουτρό. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει και ταβέρνα με πολύ καλή κουζίνα και φρέσκο ψάρι.
