On the top floor it offers privacy to the south facing deck with its roof cover and views across Lake Dillon to the 13,000 ft. Ten Mile Range. There are 5 major ski resorts within 30 min. and all of the outdoor activities you could think of. The Dillon Amphitheatre (2 min. walk), marina, shops, eateries are a short walk. Booking guest must be 25 YRS. OLD. PLEASE NO SMOKING AND/OR PETS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE .
