My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Mitten im Wald und nur zehn Gehminuten vom Müggelsee entfernt, bietet unser Haus die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub im Grünen oder für Tagesausflüge in die Stadt. Auf 30m² finden bis zu vier Personen ausreichend Platz und mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem eigenen Bad und Kaminofen, sollten keine Wünsche offen bleiben. The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
