Mirror House Iceland

Welcome to a one of a kind Airbnb experience in Iceland. This is a unique mirror glass house that reflects the stunning Icelandic landscape, allowing you to truly immerse yourself in the beauty of this magical land. Háafell Lodge

Welcome to Háafell Farm where we raise sheep, keep horses and have one friendly dog. Our private guest house is located 200 meters above the farm, up the mountain at 130 meters above sea level. It is a recently built (2020), 100 square meter, modern “turf house style” house. Háafell means “The High Mountain” and has a long river that cascades down its side with several tiers of waterfalls. It is a five minute walk to our canyon and it is possible to take a cold bath in one of the waterfalls.

Smàhraun, Hraunhálsi

Brand new cozy cottage 52 m2 with two bedrooms, set with in our farm Hraunháls on Snæfellsnes peninsula. Between Stykkishólmur (20km) and Grundarfjörður (20 km). The cottage has all basic necessities, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and freezer also washing machine, smart flat screen and free Wi-Fi. There’s a nice patio around the cottage where you can enjoy the beautiful nature and view, listen to birds singing in the summer and spot the northern lights in the winter.

Orca Apartment

Our peaceful, orca-themed apartment offers a spectacular view over Grundarfjörður and famous Mt. Kirkjufell. In the summer you can watch colorful sunsets and in the wintertime witness the Northern lights in clear skies. The apartment is detached from the main building and includes a well-equipped kitchen (yes, there's coffee and tea), a private bathroom, as well as comfortable beds and a seating area for two people. Supermarket, clinic, swimming pool, and waterfront in walking distance.

New Renovated House with Mountain view & hot tub

Renovated cabin (2021) is located nearby the ocean with lovely oceanview, only few miles from the historical Snæfellsjokull glacier. Good comfort in the house. It is equipped with a big fireplace and outdoor jacuzzi on the 100 sqm terrace Varieties in outdoor walking tours to experience the nature. Such as lava, glacier, mountains, caves, waterfalls and old fishing villages. Historical place with amazing geology as well as rich birdlife. The culture of this region is worth the experience.

Aurora Horizon Retreat

A quiet and peaceful getaway with amazing ocean views. Located in the beautiful fjord called “Hvalfjörður”. Only a 45 minute drive from the capital. The interior was completely renovated in 2024. You can relax in the hot tub and enjoy amazing views of the horizon during the summer and you might see the northern lights during the winter. It's a perfect location for day trips to discover the Snæfellsnes peninsula and the silver circle and it's not far from the golden circle either.

Múlakot3 Very Cosy with panoramic view & a sauna

The cabin is quite well planned, open and relaxing with stunning picturesque scenery, as one of a handful of cabins in a secluded area. The cabin is very cosy with a rustic touch, to make your experience as wonderful as possible. We have a fire in the living room ( firewood and Firestarters only provided when possible.) With two double sized beds (140cm) and a sofa bed in the living room so perfect for families and small groups of 4-6.
