Howdy, friends - Though modern day comforts abound in the Wagon House, you'll feel like you're hangin' yor hat in a Cowboy's bunkhouse! Mr. Ed and Miz Lola have tidied their rooms for you and offer 4 beds total. There's a bathroom for worshin' up, a kitchen for cookin' vittles, a gatherin' room for pool and cards, a front porch with a swing so you can spit-n-whittle, and if Mother Nature allows, there's even a fire-pit for tellin' yarns. This cozy and unique A-frame cabin sits on 1+ private acres in the Deschutes Forest. Relax here with wooded pines, hot tub jacuzzi, soaking bathtub, 80" home theater projector, modern amenities, and beautiful forest views. Close to the city of Bend and all the outdoor activities Central Oregon has to offer. Proximity to the best hiking trails, mountain bike trails, hot springs, Deschutes River, Mt Bachelor ski resort, Cascade Lakes highway, Smith Rock State Park, and Crater Lake National Park.

Relax with the whole family. This rustic but updated and cozy cabin has an old west atmosphere. Come enjoy fishing in one of the deepest pools on the Williamson River. Known as a fishing spot worth traveling to. You'll sit right on the banks with a private dock, with kayaks/paddle boards/dart board to enjoy. Spend a summer day in/on the river and relax, or drive to Crater Lake (about 35 min. away) - our neighborhood national park !!! Or Kla-Mo-Ya Casino within a few miles to try your luck !!

River Haven Cottage

This is a cute little cottage built in the 1930's on the Williamson River. Down river, there are trout in it for fishing, catch and release only, anyone over 12 must have a license to fish. The deck at the back of the house is partially covered. The river is also great for playing, swimming (a little cold in spring) and for kayaking. There is a kayak rental store in town. The air is usually warm, 70's & 80's, on summer afternoons. There are stairs to enter the cottage. Great place to relax.

The Sunset Ranch

Relax in the peace of a working mini-ranch where the sounds of chickens, crickets, frogs, and owls will quiet your mind. Sunset Ranch is just far enough away from the busyness of town to enjoy the most brilliant star-filled skies from the deck or take a short walk to the top of our property and watch the sun set over Klamath Lake! Situated off of Hwy 97, we are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Oregon Tech and Sky Lakes Medical Center. Downtown Klamath Falls is just 8 minutes away.

Agency Lake Front Apartment

Horseshoe Ranch on Wood River near Crater Lake

The Horseshoe Ranch is located 22 miles from Crater Lake National Park. The rustic home sits on 63 acres with 1.5 miles of Wood River frontage. This is the original 1930s McAuliffe cattle ranch, and the house was run as a bed and breakfast and fishing lodge for 20 years. President Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalyn were guests here! Enjoy the beautiful and serene property with full access to the private property and the river. There are many nearby activities.

Myrtle's Yurt

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. No phone, no tv and no internet help you get away. Your cell may or may not get coverage here. (For urgencies, wifi/landline available in my main house). Private yurt with two shared bathrooms in an outbuilding. Please note, this is CAMPING with a bed. It can be hot, it can be cold, there may be bugs, there is no electricity, and no running water in the yurt.
