The Surf Sanctuary retreat is minutes away from remote beaches and redwoods. Please note: Redwood Park is 30 minutes away. The sanctuary is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest house with a full kitchen and bathroom. We are located within a 5 minute drive to the beach, and 30 minutes away from Redwood State and National Parks. Perfect launch location for hiking, surfing, cycling and enjoying this amazing place. Enjoy our beautiful quiet space for relaxation and renewal. The space is shoe and scent free.

Our guests arrive at The Ashland Cottage and their first words are almost always the same: "It's gorgeous!" That's because the cottage delivers what Ashland visitors want- comfort, charm and a walkable location just 10 minutes from downtown and OSF theaters. Though newly built, the cottage echoes the Craftsman character of our 1920s main residence. As a fully separate house with its own private entrance, it offers spacious living with high ceilings, abundant natural light and inspiring views.

The guest house, we affectionately call the Villa, is situated near great views, restaurants, wineries, and nature trails available in Jacksonville, Ashland and Medford. Located in the country with views of the famous pear orchards. We have designed the Villa to be a quiet retreat that offers some unique features, so please familiarize yourself with our Property and House Rules. Tiny House in the Redwoods is nestled next to the redwood forest with a private patio space and hot tub in front, a goat pasture in the back, and a private parking spot right outside the door. You can relax on the patio, in the hot tub, or watch the goats frolicking in the pasture while you stroll through the property.

The Sunset Ranch

Relax in the peace of a working mini-ranch where the sounds of chickens, crickets, frogs, and owls will quiet your mind. Sunset Ranch is just far enough away from the busyness of town to enjoy the most brilliant star-filled skies from the deck or take a short walk to the top of our property and watch the sun set over Klamath Lake! Situated off of Hwy 97, we are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Oregon Tech and Sky Lakes Medical Center. Downtown Klamath Falls is just 8 minutes away.

The Cedar Cottage - creekside studio

This vintage guest house is nestled along Neil Creek in the beautiful Rogue Valley. Only 4 miles (10 min drive) from the downtown plaza of Ashland you can enjoy restaurants, boutiques and the world famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Mt. Ashland is 30 minutes away and we are mere minutes from hiking and biking locations. We are conveniently located directly across the street from the public golf course, Oak Knoll, with easy access to I-5. Cedar Cottage is your perfect home away from home!

Countryman-Fox Carriage House

Considering the central location of this little gem, it is amazingly peaceful. To add to this charm, the cottage is fresh & bright with a lovely view across the valley. What a joy to walk across the street to the theater & dinner without parking issues. Besides being clean & safe, I like the king size bed, the fireplace, the choice of large tub or shower, the heated bathroom floor, and the little yard, the most. NEW: a high speed (240 volt) charger for EVs. You need an adapter.

Most Spectacular Ocean Views - Studio East Upper

The Point provides the most amazing OMG view of the ocean and beach of the Oregon South Coast and possibly the world. You sit 100 feet above the water on our beach front property looking at the dolly dock pier and harbor to the east and Battle Rock and and a long stretch of beach to west. You can walk to the end of the property and enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck on the cliff above the water. You have truly magnificent views from our top-of-the-line studios.

Wake up to the redwoods, head into town to enjoy a cappuccino at a local coffee shop, located only 15 minutes away from the Arcata Plaza, come back to enjoy a dip in the hot tub, then get a goodnights rest on our memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets and memory foam pillows. 2nd set of sheets & pillows will only be included for 3+ guests! 4/20 friendly :) Property is shared with our main cabin. NO FIRES ALLOWED - anyone who breaks this rule will be fined $300.

Spend time in a quiet, peaceful getaway. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your dog in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Centimudi boat ramp are only 2 miles away. There are also a couple great hikes and walks close by to enjoy. Plus, if you have a boat/trailer, there is room for it in the driveway. Be on the watch for the wild deer and turkeys; and listen for the frogs at night!
