Howdy! Our beach Vacation Condo is on the North Padre Island, the safest place in Corpus Christi. A king bedroom suite and a bonus Loft with queen bed. Overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Two couch beds in the living room so sleep 6 total. Fishing docks and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool). Bring your water toys, fishing gear, and have fun! Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping.

Beautifully decorated and updated this first floor one bedroom condominium is walking distance to the beach. Located next to the pool this unit is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay at the coast. Take a leisurely stroll to the beach, go fishing at the Packery Channel Jetties or swim and relax by the pool or on the patio. Open for lunch and dinner head over to The Boat House Bar & Grill for some great views, food, fun and drinks. Cart rentals within walking distance.

Relaxing Coastal Treasure

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

Originally a working Cobbler's Barn in the 1930's and then fully remodeled and converted in 2021. Now the space is modern but still retaining the original character and charm. Features AC, very comfy queen bed, fully functional kitchen with stovetop burners, microwave, small oven, and a mini fridge. Bathroom with beautiful large vanity lights and well lit shower. If you stay longer than 30 days, we offer laundry service free of charge .
