The Swallow's Nest

The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Crab Lane Studios

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/bathroom and paved courtyard area. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

SUEDE COTTAGE A Contemporary House on the Beach

Our home has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. The sitting room has a large TV with cable stations, and great WiFi. The log burning stove in the open plan sitting room is great for those cooler evenings. There are sea views from the sitting room, but the best view is had from the terrace of the main bedroom. Downstairs has a double bedroom with wc and wet room shower, upstairs are 2 further double bedrooms and large family bathroom with walk-in power.

Beautiful Modern Designer Loft in the center of the historic Hook Head peninsula. At a walking distance from the world’s oldest working lighthouse (900 years old), this is a private detached guesthouse with its own private entrance, 1 car parking, Broadband Wifi, TV, a large kitchen with a dishwasher, hob and microwave (no oven), and enough room to accommodate 4 people comfortably.

A cozy retreat. Suitable for two adults and a dog. Easy access to beaches, walks and city. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, shower room, kitchen and breakfast room looking onto your own small private garden. Dogs are welcome for a small fee, we consider them as an extra guest.
