The studio is conveniently located in The Hills, only 700m from Tecoma train station and a 15 minute walk to Belgrave and Upwey shops. The back yard is a shared space with the home occupants, along with 3 chickens named Poached, Scrambled and Fried, who free range in a fenced off section of the garden during the day.

You will have your own private entrance, with a path leading up the side of the house to your front sliding door. This guest suite, with blinds in every room, is in a quiet residential area and parties and gatherings are not permitted.
