This cozy 1000 square foot apartment has been recently renovated for a clean coastal vibe. The house was originally hand built in 2000 by the owner. You will notice the craftsmanship detail, built ins, hand made furniture and unique nautical style throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stove, full fridge and a new microwave and dishwasher. The living space provides a 50 inch smart TV and queen pull out sofa. Enjoy the vast ocean views from the large living room picture windows. Watch the boats cruising through Penobscot Channel or a local lobsterman hauling their traps. The bedroom offers a queen bed and plenty of closet/storage space. There is a large jacuzzi tub and separate hand tiled shower in the bathroom. Spacious deck off the kitchen/living area provides an outdoor dining area and grill. Enjoy dinner or drinks taking in the salty ocean air and views. At the base of the entry stairs is a separate patio space with propane fire pit shared amongst both living spaces. Our one-hundred acre farm is located in the small rural village of Washington. It is located just 2/10 of a mile from the village center where the general store, village church, library, and town offices are located. Beautiful Washington Pond boat landing is only 4/10 of a mile away. Easy commute East (30 minutes) to the coast and must see towns of Rockland, Rockport and Camden or West (30 minutes) to our capitol Augusta. One hour and forty minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.

Oddfellows Hall-Second Floor

Once home to the Order of the Odfellows in the late 1800's this recently renovated luxurious loft apartment over looks Center Harbor in the quaint town of Brooklin. The large room measures 40’ by 50’ with 11’ ceilings and is an extraordinary family retreat. The dining table seats 12, and a kitchen is full stocked with a vintage gas stove. Huge restored double hung windows afford views of the Reach and surroundings landscape. You are a five minute walk from the coast of Maine. Come visit!

Twin Room, Merrybell Motel near Camden and Belfast

This room is part of the Merrybell Motel. There are two twin beds in the room which comfortably sleep two people. Attached to the room is a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Amenities include a fridge, microwave, air-conditioning, heater, flat screen tv with DirecTV and high speed fibre internet. You can park your car right in front of your room. We are currently checking our guests in outside and take care of all the cleaning and laundry ourselves.

Get away and enjoy this stylish and centrally located apartment with private entrance. Although within walking distance from downtown Camden and Laite Beach, the location is peaceful, quiet, and wooded. The outside space is wonderful for relaxing, sitting by the fire pit, and even bird watching! It features a designated work space, king sized bed, full kitchen and bath, heat and a/c, washer and dryer, wifi, and a 55" tv with steaming channels.
