Sommerhus med fjordudsigt.

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Unsere Wohnung ( Küche und Bad wurde März 2019 renoviert) (ca. 40 m2) mit eigener Terrasse befindet sich in einer freistehenden herrschaftlichen Villa in Sönderhav/Dänemark. Sie können von der Terrasse aus die herrliche Panoramaaussicht auf die flensburger Förde geniessen. Die Wohnung liegt in der unteren Etage unseres Hauses in einem Garten mit Obstbäumen. Der historische Gendarmenpfad, eine Wanderrute von Padborg nach Høruphav, verläuft etwa 60 m vom Haus am Wasser entlang

Lejligheden indeholder, entre, badeværelse med bruser, te køkken med spiseplads (der er mikrobølgeovn, kaffemaskine, el kedel - ingen koge mulighed), stue og soveværelse i samme rum. I alt er lejligheden ca. 33 m2. Derudover er der sofa, lænestol, 32" tv med Chromecast og en lille radio. Mulighed for opladning af elbil ved OK lade stander 350 m. fra lejligheden.

Der Garten ist über 1000 qm groß. Dort ist Platz zum grillen, spielen oder die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt. Natürlich ist auch ein Babybett im Haus. Zum Strand sind es 15 Min mit dem Auto. Nach Rømø ca. 40 Min. Das laden von Hybrid und Elektroautos ist untersagt

Es erwartet Sie ein modern eingerichtetes Appartement im Anbau eines Doppelhauses. Das gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Essplatz für zwei Personen, einer voll eingerichteten Küchenzeile und einem separaten Duschbad . Nach Bedarf kann ein angrenzendes Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen mit einem gemütlichen Doppelbett dazu gebucht werden. Das Appartement besitzt einen eigenen separaten Eingang mit einem kleinen Flur.
