TV, wifi, dush, kapsel kohvimasin, wc, puusöegrill tarvikutega, köök tarvikute ja nõudega, voodipesud. Puhas ja hea survega joogivesi kraanist. Korteris on hästi sisustatud köök nõude, söögilaua, kohvi- ja nõudepesumasina, pliidi, ahju, külmiku ja sügavkülmaga. Vannitoas on dušš, pesumasin, föön, sirgendaja ja rätikud. Korteris on wifi ja TV Elisa Elamus paketiga. Maja asub vaid 100m kaugusel bussipeatusest ja restoranist Tareke ning 2km kaugusel Kose keskusest kuhu viib mugav kergliiklustee.

Olemas on padjad-tekid, voodipesu ja saunalinad. Trepp teisele korrusele viib õuest. Köögis on külmkapp ja pliit ning pott, pann, sööginõud ja noad-kahvlid. Õues on grill, aga võta palun oma söed kaasa. Lisaks on kümblustünn, mille kasutamine on 60 eurot (sularahas).
