Nestled in the heart of Lambton Village, our 3-story bungalow offers an ideal location for a memorable stay. Immerse yourself in the locale charm, surrounded by a diverse food scene, historic parks, and plenty of activities on your door step. Walking distance from the property are tennis courts, swimming pools and children's playground. For the adults there is Lizotte's for entertainment, two landmark pubs, beauty spa, nail bar, hair dresses, coffee and boutique shopping.

Studio apartment in a quiet suburb, below our home with a nature reserve at the rear. Only five mins drive from Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital. Near the Hunter Expressway and M1 Link Rd. Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.
