Our stone house has two separate apartments.Each apartments has two bed room,living room with kitchen and bathroom. This apartment is on the first floor.3 air conditioning. Tourist tax is payable on arrival.Price per day: adult-1 €,child(from 12 to 18 years) -0.70 €.

MARETA III - waterfront

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.
