Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. The apartment is situated next to a sandy beach for a morning swim and a 2-minute walk from the center of Naousa and its main square. Shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs are within walking distance, yet the area is very quiet and calm!

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach

Κυκλαδίτικο σπιτάκι στο Αιγαίο.

Είναι μια παραδοσιακή κυκλαδίτικη κατοικία πρώτου ορόφου, ανεξάρτητη με δικές της μεγάλες βεράντες με θέα στην θάλασσα και υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα. Βρίσκεται σε μία πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία η οποία απέχει δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το χωριό. (Δρόμος τσιμεντόστρωτος , φωτισμένος). Κουζινουλα για μαγειρεμα και μεγάλο νεροχυτη στον εξωτερικό χώρο. Στη μια βεράντα υπάρχει διπλό κρεββάτι για ηλιοθεραπεία η για υπνο αγκαλιά με..... τ' αστέρια!!!!!!
