Xyla Beach Studio 4 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.

You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.

My place is in walking distance from the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio, overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea. You’ll love it because of the comfy bed, the view with its breath-taking sunsets and its location altogether, as it is an hour drive away from Athens and relatively close to the Airport.
