Η οικία βρίσκεται 80 μέτρα από την παραλία της Κουρούτας, υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για την έξοδό σας. Εστιατόρια , καφέ, μπαρ ,και Club σε κοντινή απόσταση 300 μέτρων περίπου μέχρι τον πεζόδρομο. Η παραλία είναι οργανωμένη με ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες, ενώ υπάρχει και ελεύθερη παραλία μπροστά από το σπίτι. Ο χώρος είναι αυτόνομος και υπάρχει εξωτερικός χώρος 100 περίπου τ.μ. στρωμένος με πλάκες καρύστου με έπιπλα κήπου, πετρογκάζ, ψυγείο, νεροχύτη και τηλεόραση δορυφορική για όμορφες βραδιές.

The house is an independent and autonomous residence in a huge garden. It consists of a bathroom and a living room with a double bed. The Barbecue area can be used as a cooking and dining kitchen, fully equipped with electric cooker, barbecue, and a traditional built oven. The house is in a quiet place and is only 800 meters away from the beach.There is a long sandy beach arround. The beach of Kouroutas and the center of Kouroutas is only 1 km away.

Katerina's home is a house, which you can enter from the national road ''Patras - Pyrgos''. It has got a huge garden with many trees and the big variety of flowers and plans. Also, it is near in Amaliada, a city, as well as many beaches such as Kourouta, Marathia and Palouki.There is a cyclist road for bike lovers. You can hiking in Marathia's forest and drink coffee in Kourouta's coffee shops too.

This flat is on the first floor and is part of a family summer cottage. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a single bed near the kitchen and separate bedroom with a king size bed. It also has a small toilet there is a communal terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. It is really close to the beach only five minutes walking distance(150m).
