Welcome to Lemonia! Our breezy and peaceful family-run apartments are the perfect oasis for you to venture back and forth from! Set to the East side of the Island we are uniquely positioned 15 minutes equidistant walk to the Town Centre & Old Harbour whilst ideally positioned a stones throw from beautiful Garifalo & Paradise Beach in a quiet neighbourhood Please note all guests will be required to provide full name, address, passport or ID number & AFM number (for Greeknationals) when booking

Breathtaking Secluded Pool Villa with Beach Access

This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

SunBlaze Studios, at St Nikolaos, between the most popular New(10') and the Old Harbor(7'), one block away from a beach for swimming, known for its long traditional mansions, romantic alleys, the cathedral, bars and restaurants. Close to super market/bus terminal/ bakery. Fully equiped (comfortable orthopedic mattresses, kitchenette/personal care products/wi-fi, A/C), with ample veranda, atrium for dining. (It is forbitten for visitors to enter during quiet hours!)

FULLY RENOVATED with wonderful MATERIALS & amazing EQUIPMENT, the only sure thing is that you will love it! within walking distance from all major sights of SPETSES town (1 mile away from the town' s centre). Easy access to the island's road system. You can easily drive to all of the island's sights and beaches.
