It is elderly and kid friendly with 3 bedrooms on ground floor and 1 bedroom on 1st floor. The ground floor rooms are easy access for seniors or those with limited mobility. All rooms have attached bathrooms. Whole house is fully-furnished, clean and well-kept with air-conditioning systems for optimal comfort. It has a spacious compound with a long driveway.
