The property is entirely off-grid and is situated in a wildlife hotspot, with 100 acres of wet tropics rainforest connected to the World Heritage listed Maalan National Park. An ideal base for nature lovers to explore the Atherton Tableland, the bird list includes over 200 species, including Victoria's Riflebird, Blue-faced Parrot finch. Mammals include Tree kangaroos and Herbert River and Green Ringtail Possums.

Litoria is a pavilion home tucked against reserve, about 150m from the beach. You’ll love Litoria’s breezeway and living pod that opens to capture the sea breezes. Just a 100 meter stroll to beautiful South Mission Beach and close access to coastal walking tracks and rainforest trails. Our simple, comfy retro shack has everything you need for a chilled out beachside stay. You can even bring your boat, there's plenty of room for a boat trailer on our block and river and beach boat ramps close by.

Cosy self-contained cabin set amongst the rainforest. Close to bike path/walkway, pizzeria and laundromat. 2 minute drive to the Supermarket and Bottle Shop. Complimentary tea/coffee provided.
