Wir vermieten eine sehr schöne, neu möblierte und gemütliche 30m2-Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Im offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz hat es ein grosses Bettsofa. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Wohnungseingang und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (keine Stufen), der gratis Parkplatz ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Dorf und ist einfach zu finden. Nur drei Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 40 Minuten nach Zürich. Wir, die Gastgeberfamilie, wohnen im Obergeschoss.

Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

It has a direct Tram connection to the airport (25min) and is very well located to all sightseeing spots of Zurich. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
