It’s quiet, open and grounded. Light the fire, cook a proper meal, and settle in with a bottle of wine while the day winds out. In winter, the cold sets in and the fire does its job. In summer, it’s long evenings outside and clear skies overhead. You’re five minutes from town and close to the mountain bike trails, but once you’re here, it feels a long way from anywhere. This renovated settler's cottage is the perfect place for those wanting to explore this region and enjoy the peace and quiet of country life. Central to Holbrook (30mins) with its historical submarine and specialty shops, Tumbarumba (30mins) with its wineries and cafes, Rosewood (15 mins) with the rail trail to Tumbarumba. Home cooked meals are available on request.
