Enter the garden with towering trees through a private driveway outside this breathtaking, secluded villa still in the heart of Crocetta. The perfect retreat for a Turin stage, the home spans three floors with ample space and a grand aesthetic. Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

Situata nell'incantevole scenario del verde piemontese, Cascina Girba è un'autentica esperienza di immersione nella natura e nella storia. Risalente al 17° secolo e già dimora di monaci, è stata ristrutturata con amore preservando il suo fascino senza tempo. Qui, oltre a rilssarti, potrai efftuare molte attività nella natura, in particolare paseggiate a piedi, in bici o a cavallo. Avrai la possibilità di raggiungere velocemente e comodamente le mete più attrattive di Torino e della Provincia.

L’Angolo di Casa Verrua si trova in piazza Gran Madre di Dio nel quartiere Borgo Po a pochi passi dal centro città. L’appartamento, molto panoramico, è sito al piano secondo (scala con ascensore) di un edificio storico ed è composto da tre camere da letto, due bagni e cucina. L'edificio fa angolo con l'isola di pedonale di via Monferrato, ricca di negozi, locali e ristoranti. Il parcheggio pubblico è a pagamento in Piazza Gran Madre e nelle vicinanze. Il supermercato è a pochi metri da casa.

We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

La mia Reggia

Siamo a pochi passi dalla Reggia di Venaria. L'appartamento è così composto: living con TV, divano letto matrimoniale, cucina, servizi e camera da letto con cabina armadio. È ricco di ogni comfort: 2 TV, rete Wi Fi veloce, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, riscaldamento a pavimento ed aria condizionata. Essendo in pieno centro, siamo in zona ZTL. Perfetto per un soggiorno culturale, una visita nel Parco della Mandria o all’ Allianz Stadium. È previsto il pagamento in loco per la tassa di soggiorno.

A pochi passi da Torino, tra il Parco della Mandria e le montagne della Val di Susa e del Musinè, a due passi dalla Reggia di Venaria, la *Casa di Franchina* accoglie chi desidera una pausa dalla frenesia quotidiana. L'appartamento, situato al primo piano e completamente indipendente, è ideale per momenti di tranquillità. A rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole: giardino privato con piscina stagionale, patio, barbecue e tavolo esterno (usufruibili nel periodo da maggio al 31 agosto);

La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

A delicious breakfast is included, and for those who want it, an EXTRA is the private use of the lake-view jacuzzi

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
