Traditional spacious house in pretty village

Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Chaillac Self contained Studio

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

Village house with garden

Located in the center of the village, the house has been recently renovated. It is spacious (around 1100 sq f on 2 levels). On the ground floor you have a big living and dining room , a separated kitchen, and a toilet. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. In the bathroom you have a large shower and a double sink, and another toilet. Our own house is right here on the same land so you may see us in the garden. We have set up a space just for you with table and chairs and some long chairs.

Les animaux ne sont pas admis, car nous avons déjà 2 gros chiens sur place, qui sont très gentils avec les humains. Le parc est clôturé et équipé de caméra de surveillance. Le Faisan is een ruime vakantiewoning. Geschikt voor 4 volwassenen of voor een gezin met kinderen. Alle voorzieningen bevinden zich gelijkvloers. Dit huis is voorzien een prachtige ruime keuken, twee aparte slaapkamers en een gezellige woonruimte. Standaard zijn de slaapkamers voorzien van luxe kingsize bedden maar indien gewenst kan een daarvan vervangen worden door twee kinderbedden. De woonruimte is groot genoeg om te combineren met de naastgelegen 2-persoons vakantiewoning.

A bay window opens onto a charming courtyard where to share outdoors, but sheltered from the sun and small showers, good convivial moments. La maison Carré - romantisch huis aan rivier, 2p

Het voormalige veerhuis werd volledig gerestaureerd en verbouwd tot vakantiehuis voor 2 personen, sinds juli 2022. Schitterende setting naast de rivier, l' Anglin, met zicht op de brug, het château en het dorp Angles-sur-l'Anglin. Het huis heeft een eigen tuin en er is een privé-strand op het domein. De barque ligt klaar op de rivier, heerlijk zwemmen voor de deur of verderop aan de Moulin de Remerle of de Moulin du Pré.
