Welcome to our home. We are nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by incredible mountain views. La Verkin is a small town centrally located to all that Southern Utah has to offer. It is a short drive to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park (water sports, ATV trails and sand dunes), Quail Creek, golf courses and trails for hiking and biking. We are a short drive to Saint George, Tuacahn Theatre and two hours from downtown Las Vegas. In the colder months visit Brian Head Ski Resort.

Then soak in the master tub, knowing comfy beds await.

Bring your friends and family to our 6 bedroom/5 bathroom Virgin River Cliff House with tons of room for fun. Beautiful views of the Virgin River. Close access to hiking and biking trails. Relax in our hot tub and let the kids frolic on the splash pad. Lounge on the patio or enjoy roasting marshmallows around the fire. Just 25 minutes to the entrance to Zions. Many other Southern Utah attractions, including beautiful state parks and tons of outdoor recreation are within short driving distance.

20 minute scenic drive to Zion Nat'l Park. The Grand Canyon, Lake Powell & Bryce Canyon Nat'l Parks are also nearby. Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow & Quail Lake state parks are nearby. Comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath sleeps up to 10. King bed, queen bed, bunkbed with trundle can sleep 5 & the sofa has a pull out bed. RV parking next to garage & gas station is close. This is a newer rambler two bedroom/two bathroom house that is all yours to enjoy. It is a cozy space for up to four people to enjoy without getting in each other's way. The home is routinely cleaned and sanitized to the highest standard so as to keep it a safe and Covid-free environment. It has all the amenities, utensils and cookware to enjoy home cooked meals after long days out on the trail. If you are working from home, enjoy high speed internet at 100 MBPS so as to have no disruptions.

The Studio at Zion

Welcome to the The Studio, a private unit in our renovated 90's prefab house which is a perfect basecamp for all your Zion Adventures (25-30 minutes from Zion's park entrance)! The Studio has a large king bed to accommodate 2 guests comfortably. We have you covered with a fully stocked bathroom, microwave, mini-fridge, access to a shared picnic table and BBQ grill outside. We are also Pet Friendly (additional per night / pet charge). We can't wait to host you!

This home offers all new furnishings with one private bedroom and one bath. The living room offers a sofa bed. Two shaded porches. Smart TV w/ access to Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV. No cable/satellite. **Guests don't have access to the upper level of the home. Owner's personal storage. Guests have the house to themselves.
