Adorable Chalet ZEN à LAGRASSE proche CARCASSONNE

Located in Lagrasse, one of the most beautiful villages in France, this pretty wooden chalet with its 2 terraces . You will enjoy a magnificent view of the village and beautiful Mediterranean vegetation (cypresses, olive trees, pines, rosemary, lavender, etc.) A jacuzzi in a Zen spirit at the foot of the chalet will allow you to recharge your batteries . The Zen chalet is air-conditioned and has parking at the foot of the house. The jacuzzi is in operation from the end of May to mid-September

Dans le village : baignade surveillée dans la rivière Orbieu, abbaye, église avec orgue classé, exposition sur les plafonds peints, ateliers d'artistes et de créateurs, commerces, restaurants, festivals, animations, randonnées, point d'information touristique.

The Balcony Gîte - Riverside Lagrasse

From the moment you open the substantial front door, Mother Nature invites you in with a sweeping vista of the tree-lined limestone cliffs across the way and lush plant life blooming all around. Droves of doves and swifts constantly coo and dart their way back and forth across the expansive sky above, roosters crow, church bells chime, and the Orbieu River provides soothing background music around the clock as it continues to flow by the rocky beach and garden terrace just below.

Comfortable home in beautiful Lagrasse

The house is situated in the beautiful medieval village of Lagrasse with its cobbled streets, quiet squares, 8th century abbey and very own river beach for swimming all a short walk away. The house, is centrally placed in a quiet road with no through traffic. There is excellent wifi throughout the house. A fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Two double bedrooms, one of which has 2 additional double sofa beds and a desk for home working. A modern bathroom with large shower.

Au centre de Ribaute, à vue du domaine, de la cave et du Château LALIS, à quelques minutes de la célèbre Abbaye de Lagrasse et à deux pas de la rivière Orbieu ( classée Natura 2000) et de son point de baignade, vous pourrez profiter de ce logement original et très confortable.

Le Gîte Cathare

Gîte pour deux personnes aux portes des corbières situé entre mer et châteaux cathares. Logement climatisé, sans vis à vis au milieu des vignes pour un séjour en duo dans un cadre paisible et confortable. Logement privatif avec à l’étage un lit 200/200 ainsi qu’une douche à l’italienne et une baignoire balneo. Au rez de chaussée une cuisine toute équipée avec coin salon , toilette séparée et une terrasse pour vos repas à l’extérieur. Le logement ne dispose pas de wifi.

private "loft" studio

Spacious top floor studio with private bathroom & kitchen, comprises double bed with convertible sofa in 55 m2 area, wood burning stove for heating. Wooden floors & beams & very luminous. This studio can be let on its own for 2 - 4 people or in conjuction with the ground floor studio and/or 2 rooms on 1st floor to house a maximum of 14 people ideal for large groups ie weddings but advanced bookings necessary as each unit is advertised separately.

Au coeur des Corbières, venez vous ressourcer à l'ombre de l'église du village, avec autour de vous la nature sauvage, riche d'odeurs du Sud, comme une invitation à flâner. Le logement est une ancienne ruine restaurée, dans un village où la route s'arrête pour laisser la place aux chemins du maquis. Un endroit idéal pour gouter la sérénité des heures suspendues, loin du fracas des villes. Vous êtes ici à l'abri des regards et du monde.

Maison à quelques pas de la rivière de baignade

Logement type 2 dans une maison de village. (1er et 2em étage.) Il est composé d’une pièce à vivre avec kitchenette, d’une chambre spacieuse et d’une salle de bain. Pas de terrasse mais il est à quelques pas de la rivière de Ribaute, de ses aires en pleine nature et de ses tables de pique-nique. Vous vous trouverez au cœur du petite village de Ribaute ainsi qu’à 5 minutes du village de Lagrasse et de son Abbaye.

Treat yourself to a stay in a self-contained studio within my home, located in the centre of the historic and stunning medieval village of Lagrasse. Ideal for a few days, this contemporary styled ground floor studio apartment is 25m², has a fully equipped kitchen area and en suite shower room. No early check-in or late check out possible, and please note that it is not suitable for babies and children.
