House has central heating and AC for year-round comfort. Plus a wood fireplace in the great room! Enjoy a complimentary coffee and tea bar as well as cocoa for the kiddos. Plenty of seating, and a fully stocked kitchen included.

The home has its own dock, buoy and hot tub. You have access to a boat launch, 9 hole golf course, beach, recreation center, restaurant and sports courts at Lake Almanor West Country Club which is a short walk away.

Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Lakefront home! Located in the Lake Almanor West. The house sits off the road, to offer privacy. The views and outside seating are absolutely stunning! There is so much to do in the area that you'll never be bored. Swimming, boating, hiking at Lassen Volcanic Park...the list goes on and on! Relax, replenish, & rejuvenate, on the West Shore! (The water level is low, and property does not have a dock. there is a boat launch just down the road)
