The Seashells Apartment is situated 250 metres to the beautiful Millennium Esplanade and Tannum Sands Beach and Surf Club. The Apartment is on ground level. There is room to park a boat. The area has wonderful walking and cycling tracks which extend along the foreshores of Tannum and across to Boyne Island. The Boyne River separates the twin towns and is spanned by The John Oxley Bridge. Wild Life and Bird Life in the area is prolific. Good fishing and crabbing. Walk to Shops, Cafes, Hotel.

Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view.
