Surrounded by towering trees, the treehouse provides a unique experience year round—from relaxing in the hot-tub on a snowy night, to stargazing by the campfire. The treehouse is always stocked with waffle mix & homemade frozen cookies. We can’t wait to host you!

Our Adirondack getaway is located minutes from the Great Sacandaga Lake. Enjoy stunning sunsets &views overlooking "Sand Island" on 170 ft of lake frontage. The sandy, walk-in beach is perfect for swimming, kayaking &is ideal for families with small children. 1 mi. from the Broadalbin Boat launch, less than 1 hr to Lake George & Saratoga- enjoy hiking, fishing, horse races, boating and on! Enjoy grilling on the fire table at the beach, relaxing on the deck or by a cozy fire in the firepit!

Cottage has queen Murphy bed and futon that allows for 3 adults. Close proximity to Saratoga & racetrack. *Please note a 2 night minimum booking starting 5/11/26.

The Lake is a 3 min walk down a stone path. The deck + dock are shared with lake residents only. No public access. We have 2 kayaks for use as well. Downtown Saratoga, Racetrack, Casino + SPAC. 15 mins away.

Our treehouse is one of the most sought after places for couples to reconnect with nature. Nestled in the foothills of the Adirondack Mtns. and just 9 miles from Saratoga Springs NY, boasting quiet solitude. The winding staircase leads to a sleeping area and covered porch. Also, outdoor kitchen, deck, fire pit and full bath just a few steps away. Please keep in mind that our treehouse is meant as a quiet retreat for 1-3 people.

Off-grid cabin for quiet and low-tech getaway

Welcome to the off-the-grid cabin built by our family. You can play games around the woodstove, cook over a campfire, and have smores with your family. It's 16'x16' with a sleeping loft and cupola for kids to play in. Usually you'll only hear the sounds of peepers and crickets, and often you'll experience the almost extinct sound of dead silence. A piano, guitar, dulcimer, pump organ, and many board games are in the cabin.

Clear your mind at our tranquil home located minutes south of the Adirondack park. Perfect for birthdays, girls weekends, anniversaries, special occasions, or a weekend away from the children, this inviting space offers both the peacefulness of a wooded retreat and nearby access to beautiful Historic Saratoga. Two bedrooms, two baths on a quiet, wooded lot, this cozy space offers lots of parking and an outdoor sanctuary.

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
