Originally a summer home, called Sunnyside, the cottage is winterized for a year-round retreat. Bald cypress trees bookend the lakeshore of this unique property. The cottage sits on a grassy lot sloping gently to the lake. There is a small dock to fish, swim and watch sunsets.
