Location, Location plus quality! This recently remodeled spacious unit is located downtown, in the business district of, Lake Geneva, WI. We are minutes to everything! Walk to restaurants, unique shops, waterfront activities, ice cream shops, parks, playgrounds and close to golf. Plenty of space for everyone with our open spacious living design. Handicap ramp entrance. Relax and enjoy this beautiful city any season of the year! We love lake life here and think you will fall in love with it too!

Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

It is just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music.
