Relax and unwind in our intimate studio by Lake Karapiro. Treetops studio is situated in a peaceful garden setting with lovely views over the treetops above Lake Karapiro. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath. The home is very conveniently positioned to many activities and places of interest eg. Waikato River Trails, Hobbiton, Blue Spring, Arapuni Suspension bridge , Sanctuary Mountain, Karapiro Domain, Takapoto Estate, Riverside Adventures and Red Barn wedding venue

Our Bed & Breakfast is a stone's throw from Lake Karapiro's water sports and rowing, with a 5 minute drive to nearby Cambridge town. A fully private 1 bedroom Annexe, while connected to the main house is fully independent so you can be assured of your privacy. Sofa bed for greater than 2 guests, if used for 2 guests an additional cost of $15 per night to cover laundering. Continental breakfast items provided to make breakfast when you are ready, whether this be early or later.
