The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks.

(You will have the entire place to yourselves as the basement portion is currently being used as storage.)

Peaceful, screened in back porch overlooks the large lake lot and private boat dock. We have two single kayaks and a paddle board for guests to enjoy on the lake.
