The Sugar House on Maple Hill Road was once the site of a traditional Sugar House. The post and beams, wooden ceiling boards, 26 foot ceiling enhances the interior beauty. The house sits on 7 acres of woods with a small stream. Stowe Mountain Resort, The Trapp Family Lodge, Smugglers Notch, Long Trail, are just a few of the near by points of interest. Jay Mountain Retreat

Our modern home is just 8 miles to Jay Peak. We have long range mountain views, you can check if the tram is running and enjoy exquisite sunsets all from the couch. The loft upstairs has an open floor plan with a comfortable living space, bathroom and platform bed, where you can view Jay Peak conditions. We now have Starlink high speed internet. There are 8 private acres half woods half open meadow feel free to walk around the property and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature.

The Cool Shack, with private lake

Ce chalet rural a été entièrement rénové a l'intérieur pour un séjour confortable et chaleureux en campagne (l'extérieur a encore besoin d'un peu d'amour, ce sera pour l'an prochain!). Situé en plein coeur des Cantons de l'est, juste à l'extérieur de la ville de Lac Brome (Knowlton). La propriété dispose d'un superbe lac privé avec quai, kayaks, paddleboard et un radeau/ilôt flottant au milieu. Des sentiers entourent le lac, idéal pour ski de fond, raquette, hiking.

Waterfront cabin

This one bedroom waterfront guest cabin is located on Great Hosmer Pond in the beautiful town of Craftsbury Common, Vermont. The owners of the property live in the main house. The cabin has access to the cross country ski trails of the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Swimming dock on property with access to a canoe and kayaks. The cabin is made of double tongue and grooved red western cedar. The cabin is available year round except for 'mud season'.
