Lovingly preserved and recently refreshed, we now want to share our little red cottage on Lake Minnetonka with guests who want to enjoy a calm, relaxing suburban lake getaway. The cottage offers a lot, and yet because we're in a quiet neighborhood and live on the commons, the little red cottage is not a spot for parties, reunions, bigger groups, or people needing boat access.

This picturesque farm with a charming 3 bedroom cottage home will give you the best of what country living has to offer! The home has a true "Yellowstone" feel to it with its style and decor. Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. The home has one king bed in the primary suite and two queens in the other two bedrooms. There is also a fold out couch with a full-size mattress that is very cozy in front of the fireplace.

Wayzata is a safe, fun, and relaxing community full of delicious restaurants, outdoor activities, and wonderful shops. NO BOAT OR WATER CRAFT PARKING. PERSONAL VEHICLES ONLY. No more than 2 cars, cars must be parked in driveway, no parties if any kind and no large gatherings. Strict noise ordinance 9 am - 9 pm.
