The River Room

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Loubird on scenic HWY 12 in Escalante, Utah offers private newly renovated rooms, outdoor entrances & covered decks surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. Guests are often seen picking strawberries, plums or tomatoes or admiring the medicinal gardens. All four of our rooms feature local art on display and for sale. We're surrounded by Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument halfway between Bryce Canyon & Capitol Reef.

It offers a full kitchen & gives the option to cook in if the wait times at the restaurant are to long. It's close to downtown & is within walking distance to all the restaurants on main Street. It's a safe & secure property & It offers plenty of boat parking also.

We're are right in Page & within walking distance to downtown & all the good restaurants. There is plenty of boat parking & we have security cameras throughout the exterior of the entire property.

Our Queen room is our economy room. Located in the center of our home it has all the amenities as our large rooms but in a smaller area. You have your own private bath but it is not en-suites, it is located across the hall from the room.
