Grandviews Apartment, Rotorua

Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.

This is a lovely place to stay with a great view over Lake Rotorua. Situated in Hamurana, 5 minutes from a lake side walk, Hamurana Golf Course, Hamurana Springs or the local store. 20 minutes drive to central Rotorua. Accommodation has its own full modern facilities including kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Off road parking, set on a lovely quiet farm with friendly farm animals on-site, not far from town.

Studio on Sunset

Our self-contained studio is set well off the road in a mature garden. Many native trees attract tui, fantail and the occasional kaka. Double glazed windows and air-con ensure a cosy and comfortable space year-round. The studio is close to, but private from the main house. The space is comfortable for 2 adults. Please note: Studio is one open space. Bedroom, living space, kitchen (separate bathroom).

The Tiny Hideaway

Our beautiful Modern Tiny Home has two bedrooms both with queen beds. 1 is separate and bedroom 2 is up in the loft accessed by a ladder. A modern open plan kitchen and lounge. A cute full bathroom with shower and toilet at one end of the house. There is a deck with an outdoor table so you can relax and take in your surroundings. Relaxing lake vibes,a very peaceful place to come and chill.
