The Hui Hui House is the perfect place to chill out and enjoy your holiday. All booking receive a 15% off on Cruise Milford tours. The 3 bedrooms home with kitchen, fenced grassy outdoor play area and off street parking. The outdoor BBQ area has a Kiwi garden planted with all NZ natives and enough space for yard games and outdoor dinning. A 10min walk to the town centre, supermarkets, bars & restaurants. Mountain Vista

Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Please note we only accept guests who have already had good AirBnB reviews history and the garage is not available.

Located no more than a couple of hundred metres from the lakefront, and town centre only a few minutes drive away (or approximately a 15 minute stroll - with the option of taking the streets, or the lakefront track). Well equipped (including high chair, portacot, as well as toys, board games and lawn games), fully fenced, and beautifully furnished - we hope you enjoy! Across the road from the lake this 3 bedroom home built in 1969 is still owned by the same family. Newly renovated are the 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and laundry with new washer and dryer. Elevator for easy access to each level with your luggage and shopping. Upstairs is a fantastic view with large opening sliding doors on to the deck or conservatory if the day is cooler. Fully equipped kitchen, yet to be renovated but very workable. Walk to shops, restaurants and parks within minutes.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Fern Cottage

Welcome to this warm, brand new self contained cottage, placed in the front yard of our home for your pleasure. We are located in an old established part of town, but only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Te Anau and restaurants, and a 2 minute walk to the edge of the lake. Enjoy the quiet surroundings in your warm, light, roomy cottage, and we'll look forward to meeting you - but ensuring you have plenty of time on your own to rest and relax.

Villa on the Lake

Spectacular lake and mountain views, right on Te Anau's Lakefront. 8-minute walk to the town our villa provides a convenient, clean and calm haven to explore our beautiful Fiordland area. Private home for you to enjoy with plenty of off-street parking. Note that downstairs is not occupied and only for storage and cleaning supplies. Modern heat pump, tasteful decor, it feels like a home away from home.

The Fox and Fantail

A functional, comfortable tiny home close to the centre of town and the lake. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck. A 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the centre of town (1.1km) and 10 minutes walk to a great swimming spot at the lake. The property is shared with the hosts but the tiny home is self-contained. Off-street parking, in our driveway, directly in front of the tiny house. There is no TV.
