Turn Left into the driveway for the Mercerwood Shoreclub--- that address is 4150 E. Mercer Way. Turn left again on the road between the club and the tennis courts. The first house you see is ours. Please park behind the garage on the left side near the blue hose. There is a wooden gate. Please go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs TURN RIGHT and Left and right again to the end of the house. You will see red chairs in front of your space. The code to open the door is. With easy access to I-90, head for West Seattle for work or shopping. Seattle is just six miles west, or head east a short way to discover upscale Bellevue shopping, theaters and restaurants.

Private entrance and unit is completely separated from the upstairs home. 1 block from Swedish Cherry Hill Hospital, 2 blocks from Seattle U and a 10 minute walk to the heart of Capitol Hill. Coffee shops, international restaurants and beer gardens sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. *Plentiful free parking in front of home. Montlake and University District are also just minutes away by car. Sitting right on the bus line, you have plenty of options to travel by feet, bus, bikes, or cars. Street parking is plentiful right by the house with no time limits. You’ll have everything you need in this urban oasis (especially that wine bottle opener!)
