Country setting house includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, 5 private bedrooms, a lower level dorm area with 12 bunk beds & kitchenette, washer and dryer. Detached shower house. There is a nice concrete patio and a large wooden deck with outdoor furniture and chairs. The house has three flat screen TV’s with a fire stick. Great internet WiFi. There is a 19 acre lake and a small pond for fishing. Parties and Events are Allowed.

Located less than a half mile from East Fork State Park, "Bantam Home with the Wiggin Sign" is an original homestead in Bantam Ohio. A large front porch and shaded side porch offer plenty of relaxing space. Rowers,boaters,hikers,and bikers will find this a welcoming stop after a day of activity.

Come to town for a wedding or to watch your student graduate from NKU, take in a Reds game, visit the arc or just chill at our Lindel Cedar home by the water. Fish it canoe in our fully stocked pond, enjoy wine by the fireplace or outside by the firepit or sip your morning coffee on the deck and just take in the view of the water. Optional water sports ( canoes) and recreation package available for an addictional fee after booking.
