Our homestay is located just 7 kilometers from Mussoorie Landour, around a 20-minute drive away. We live in a small and peaceful village called Kaplani, away from the busy roads and crowds of Mussoorie. Our home is a place where you can relax, and spend some quality time with your family or friends. We love welcoming guests and try our best to make everyone feel comfortable, just like home. The Eagle’s Nest at Firs Estate

You can have the whole valley and the mountains view from this place. If you are looking for a solitary place, away from all the noise of the city, this is it. It has a fully furnished kitchen Electric kettle, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, chimney, RO water purifier. Cottage has two rooms, one bedroom Space with king size bed and one living room with sofa cum bed providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 adults. Eagles nest has come up with a Brand new washroom with all amenities.

We invite you to our small & cosy rustic mountain cabin built on our small farm located at the foothills of dehardun. Enjoy best of both worlds. The cabin is situated near a river surrounded by lush green forests but yet accessible to the city centre in just 15 mins. Perfect for young couples , families with small munchkins and digital nomads. We do not have a chef yet so zomato away or use our fully capable kitchen. Rest leave it on us - stocked pantry and daily housekeeping !

The Retreat is a private bungalow surrounded by gardens and located in a peaceful part of Mussoorie, away from the town’s din and bustle. A spacious bungalow with 2 large rooms with attached bathrooms, a sitting area attached with a dining room, kitchen and a magical sunroom with the views of the Doon valley. There is a caretaker present at all times and a chef on call to cook you fresh meals. The caretaker can help bring supplies when needed and brief you on how to get around.
