Kai House is set on the Idyllic Island of Kiwayu within the Kiunga Marine Reserve. Kiwayu Island is part of the Lamu Archipelago. Kai House began when I worked at Mikes Camp for many years and together with the island community we built this house traditional style out of palm fronds and coconut leaves mangroves and driftwood. A specious one bedroom apartment with a private kitchen, bathroom and living room seven minutes walk from Peponi and two minutes to Banana House. The romantic upper terrace is shared and looks over the roof tops of Shela to the sea and there are two girls who clean everyday and will do laundry which is included. Bone Idle, Lamu Beach Home
