However, if that is not your cup of tea, you are only a short walk from the heart of the gorgeous, quaint town of Longridge.

The Hut offers the best of all worlds: it borders a nature reserve, is just 0.7 miles from Lancaster station, is a 10 minute walk from the historic city centre, with its many cafés and museums and a stone's throw from the Lancaster Canal where you can amble along taking in the wildlife, boats and pubs. A rural off grid country cottage If you want to unwind ,rest and relax then this is the place . If you love walking / mountain biking again this is the place with many walks and trails on your door step . We can now accommodate 3 people at the cottage, we have a double bed and sofa bed . There is also a lockable bike shed should any of our cycling guests need it . Lots of free parking

The Boat House with Hot Tub is perfect retreat for couples or small families. It's floor to ceiling windows create a stunning facade that boasts breath-taking views across our 24 acre lake.
