Located along a convenient and busy road close to all things Lancaster, this home is truly a getaway in the backyard. The inside, furnished by our neighboring Olde Mill House Shoppes has a modern kitchen and amenities boast comfort and convenience. Stairs are a must in this old home, with 2 bedrooms (1 overlooking the falls & one having 2 queen beds) and a full bath are upstairs. Dogs ok with messaging.

Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate exterior entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.

Get ready to rock at Larry's Lancaster Landing, decorated to celebrate Lancaster's music culture. Conveniently located on a quiet street, you'll be a 15 minute stroll (or 5 minute drive) to the center of town. Just a few minutes walk to Lancaster Brewing Co & other restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It's the perfect place to unwind: put on one of our hundreds of records, and sip some wine in the jetted tub or enjoy the steam shower. Fido is sure to appreciate the fully-fenced backyard.

Bright Townhouse Clean and Cozy!

My home is bright and sunny and peaceful with a vaulted ceiling and back patio. Great for families, with a well articulated kitchen Laminate floors throughout; pets are welcome, as long as they are trained. Please note that I am aware of a few minor wear and tear issues - don’t choose my home if you can’t deal with normal home issues like having a beige carpet with signs of wear limited to only the stairs and piano room. Kick back and relax in this handicap accessible, clean and stylish country charm efficiency apartment, complete with two outdoor seating spaces, walking paths and beautiful scenery located in rural southern Lancaster County. The area is surrounded by country and Amish charm with nearby hiking trails, while a 30 minute drive will have you in downtown historic Lancaster City where you can stroll, shop and on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday visit the historic Central Market.

All this and only a 7 minute drive from downtown Lancaster whilst still feeling like you’re in the countryside.
