The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

MLX 27: spacious loft 5 mins to Checkpt Charlie

Our Zweifach Minilofts are ideal for up to 4 people. Within their 40 sqm there is a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All Zweifach Minilofts have large windows with either north views to the park, or across the city square to the east.

Bright modern Loft, Tiergarten

This flat is for several reasons a unique place to live in Berlin. It is located right in the center of Berlin, close to the famous Tiergarten and adjacent to the busy Potsdamer Platz, however the flat faces a small park and is extremely quiet. Exquisitely furnished it is ready to move in and with its over 191sqm it is a spacious and bright space.
