Very quiet location yet only a 5 min walk to Cadboro Bay Village & 7 min walk to the Beach. Around the corner from parks, restaurants, cafe, grocery store, pharmacy & more. 5 minute drive (15 min walk) to UVIC. Private bathroom with washer/dryer + outdoor space. Induction cook top, toaster oven, air fryer & full sized fridge. Amazing morning sun. Twin Bed is very comfortable. Well suited for single occupancy. Free street parking. Michelle and I are retired professionals. Our place is close to Weirs Beach, Lester Pearson College, Galloping Goose Trail, East Sooke Regional Park. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. Beautiful fully contained legal garden suite located on outskirts of Langford. Parking available in our driveway, steps away from private entrance with keypad entry. Includes Netflix, WIFI, in-suite laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. If you love nature while having all the luxuries of shopping & amenities, this is the place for you. Dogs are OK -$20 charge per dog & per night, sorry no other animals allowed. It is a family house & we do live above, you might hear toddler footsteps (2&4 yrs)
