Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Fri panoramautsikt norrut över havet ger mycket goda möjligheter att se norrsken direkt från trädäcket vid entrén. Utebelysningen kan släckas för bättre upplevelse av stjärnhimlen. Vedeldad kamin inomhus för trivsel. Prova traditionell vedeldad bastu. Havsytan fryser vintertid vilket möjliggör promenader eller skidturer på isen direkt från gården. Rikt djurliv med vilda däggdjur och rovfåglar.

Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Välkommen till vår topprenoverade bagarstuga med anor från 1600-talet i naturskön miljö. Belägen intill vårt boningshus men du disponerar ett eget hus. Här upplever du en unik kombination av gammaldags charm och modern komfort. En imponerande takhöjd i nock som ger en luftig känsla, samt en stor öppen spis där du kan njuta av värmen och skapa fina minnen. De smakfulla renoveringarna har bevarat den autentiska atmosfären, vilket ger dig en rofylld och avkopplande upplevelse.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Njut av härlig natur runt husknuten. Ta ett dopp från bryggan, tänd den vedeldade bastun vid sjökanten. Ro en tur med båten. Laga mat över öppen eld. Besök havsbad, mysigt sommarkafé eller gårdsbutik i närheten under sommartid. Vintertid finns hundspann inte långt ifrån huset. Vackert hus och boende beläget på en udde i Råneälven. Nära till vatten och skog. Här finns fullt utrustat, modernt kök och wc med tvättmaskin för bekvämt boende i lugna och vackra Norrbotten. The northern light is common at the house. You can even see it from the bedroom, if the weather is right. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng. Obs ingen barnsäng finns. I vardagsrummet finns två sängar som går att ta isär. Även två soffor som man kan bädda i om man är ett stort sällskap.

Northern Lights exclusive house by the river

This exclusive house by the Luleå river is located 9km outside Boden centrum on an island called Kusön not far from the famous Tree Hotel and Artic bath. The House is top standard, built in 2017 If you want silence and a chance to experience northern lights in winter or midnight sun during summer from the hot tub under the sky this is the place.

This Nordic-style house, typical of northern Sweden, is set in a peaceful, natural environment. Its remote location provides clear skies for viewing the northern lights, and the surrounding area is home to both moose and reindeer.
