Cabin sits in a quiet neighborhood within a short distance to world class fishing such as Pit River, Fall River, Baum Lake, Crystal Lake, Lake Britton. Burney falls is only a 15 minute drive. Pacific Crest Trail, Subway Caves. Mount Shasta, Mount Lassen in close proximity. One hour drive to Mount Shasta Ski Park for winter fun, including sledding, Ice skating and skiing.

Cute cabin for two! Set in the midst of Plumas National Forest, Paxton is very secluded. Walking distance to the beautiful Feather River and our own private sand beach. Hiking, swimming and tubing. Close to Lake Almanor, Bucks Lake, the quaint towns of Quincy and Belden, snowshoeing, fishing and many other outdoor activities. We also have a Little Tree Library with books for all ages, or little games to play. Plus, we include many lawn games right here on the historic Paxton Lodge property.

Cozy cabin near some of California's most pristine pine forest, waterholes and fishing, and only 9 miles from the Lassen National Park's Southwest Visitor Center. The town of Mineral is a small island of private cabins surrounded by a sea of National Forest and National Park lands. An adventurer's dream. You could walk out the backdoor of the cabin, into the forest, and arrive at the Lassen Visitor Center without crossing a single paved road, or seeing another human. Just bears.
