If you love FIXER UPPER, the Barndominium is just for you!! Chip & Jo's VERY favorite project, horse barn to chic urban farmhouse, for your girls trip or family. Nestled on 16 acres w/ oak trees and a 25 acre spring-fed lake, the Barn is decorated just like it was on the show (we did add a 2-story 800 sq ft deck). The place dreams are made of as you sit back, in the very same furniture Joanne picked, while you enjoy watching that very episode! It's a truly magical experience & a must do!

Walking around the farm, you can meet our beloved animals like “Sweetheart”, the donkey and share some time with the horses, Daisy, Sundance and Splash (and more!) — who are our guests, too. Once a working milking barn on the Schehin Dairy Farm, it has been beautifully restored and transformed. Just under 10 miles from Kyle Field off Wellborn Road (FM 2154), it offers both convenience and privacy. The open-concept living and dining area leads to a cozy master bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a two-person wooden soaking tub.
