MtDome - your private midnight sun escape

Very private and cozy dome in a rare location. If you truly want to meet the Icelandic nature and weather, then this is the place for you. It has a fireplace, panorama sauna and not a person in sight. A superb place to see the northern lights or enjoy the midnight sun. You have to work for your reward by walking for about 10 minutes to the dome from the parking at the farm. Its a good place is you want to get off the beaten track and still be close to the main attractions like the golden circle.

Scenic & Secluded Getaway ~ Hot Tub ~ Lovely Views

Giltún Cottage, located near Selfoss in South Iceland, is a charming retreat with accommodations for 8 guests, a hot tub, and plenty of amenities. This 2-bedroom home features a sleeping loft, kitchen, lounge, and bathroom. The wooden terrace is ideal for savoring a cup of tea in the morning or gazing at the Northern Lights in the evening. Positioned between two major towns in the South of Iceland, this cottage offers a convenient yet secluded base for exploring the region's natural attractions.

The house is situated at the bottom of a large plot, surrounded by tall trees, offering a serene and peaceful environment. The northern lights can be seen from the windows.

This getaway is very unique and secluded. It has spectacular panorama mountain view over two of Iceland's most famous volcanos and fantastic northern lights sightings. Little Black Cabin

We would like to welcome you to our cozy little cabin. It will give you the perfect opportunity to relax in a romantic and peaceful atmosphere. It is ideal for 1 or 2 persons and the highlight of the stay will most likely be the outside geothermal shower with a mountain view. During the darkest months, can you imagine to take a shower under the Northern lights? Well that is possible! This cabin is not suitable for children and infants.

Many other accommodations do not offer this service.
